Exclusive Weapon fragments in Dark War: Survival
Exclusive Weapons are the clearest example of a Dark War upgrade that looks cheap and is not. The first stars cost a handful of fragments; the last ones cost hundreds each. Knowing the shape of that curve before you commit fragments is the difference between finishing a weapon and stalling halfway.
How the upgrade path is structured
Upgrades are paid in Universal Exclusive Weapon Fragments, a shared pool across your weapons. The path runs in three phases: five Gold Star tiers, a one-off Breakthrough, then five Red Star tiers. Each tier is made of five steps, and the cost of a step rises as you climb.
Gold Star fragment costs

Breakthrough
Between the Gold and Red phases sits a single Breakthrough costing 100 fragments. It is a one-time gate — after it, every subsequent step is priced on the Red curve.
Red Star fragment costs
The Red phase is where the real cost lives: 3,350 fragments, finishing at 300 per step in the last tier.
