Terms of Service

By accessing or using AtlantisHUB — the website at atlantisdws.com and the connected AtlantisBot Discord bot — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AtlantisHUB is an unofficial, non-commercial fan-made community platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Florere Game Limited, Omnilojo Limited, or Dark War: Survival. All game intellectual property belongs to its respective owners.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed under it. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others or share accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

AtlantisHUB features a virtual currency called Atlantis Coins, used by the Casino, Battle Arena, Gift Drops, and Arcade systems on the website and Discord bot.

• Atlantis Coins have no monetary value and are not money, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument.
• Atlantis Coins cannot be purchased, sold, traded for real money or goods, withdrawn, refunded, or exchanged outside the platform.
• They are earned only through gameplay and community activity, or granted by staff.
• Balances may be adjusted, reset, or removed for abuse, exploits, bugs, or rule violations.
• The casino and battle features are entertainment-only games of chance/skill with virtual currency — they are not gambling, as nothing of real-world value is staked or won.
• Attempting to buy, sell, or trade Atlantis Coins or accounts for real value may result in a permanent ban.

AtlantisBot operates inside the Atlantis Discord server under Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which you must also follow. Bot features (tickets, moderation, casino, battles, gift drops, milestones, announcements) may change or be discontinued at any time. Moderation actions taken by server staff through the bot (warnings, mutes, bans) are at staff discretion.

You retain ownership of content you submit (hive designs, screenshots, comments, guides, listings). By submitting content you grant AtlantisHUB a non-exclusive license to display, store, and share it within the website and official community channels. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload, and that it does not contain sensitive personal information about others.

Content submitted to public features (Arena screenshots, migration listings, community hives) may be visible publicly and processed by AI extraction tools where that feature requires it.

You may not:

• Upload illegal, abusive, hateful, or malicious content, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to
• Exploit bugs, abuse game mechanics, or use automation/bots to farm Atlantis Coins or achievements
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Spam, harass, or harm other users or the service
• Circumvent moderation actions or bans

Some features use AI (Google Gemini) to extract data from screenshots or translate text. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing extracted or translated content before relying on it.

All Dark War: Survival intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners. AtlantisHUB claims ownership only over original AtlantisHUB branding, software, and community-created assets.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or continued availability of any feature, including virtual currency balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlantisHUB and its operator are not liable for data loss, downtime, loss of virtual currency or achievements, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in the EU.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be announced through the website or Discord. Continued use of AtlantisHUB after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
