Privacy Policy

The information we collect depends on how you use AtlantisHUB.

Account Information

When you create an AtlantisHUB account, we collect:

• Username
• Account identifier (internal user ID)
• Authentication credentials (passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider — never in plain text)
• Profile information you choose to provide

Discord Sign-In and Discord Bot

AtlantisHUB lets you sign in or link your account with Discord, and our Discord bot (AtlantisBot) provides features inside the Atlantis Discord server. Through Discord we may receive and store:

• Discord user ID, username, and display name
• Discord avatar
• Server (guild) membership and role information needed for bot features
• Activity generated by bot features you use: tickets and their messages, moderation actions, casino/battle/gift-drop activity, achievements, and mirrored channel messages where the translation/mirror feature is enabled

AtlantisHUB never receives your Discord password.

Information You Provide

Community features let you voluntarily submit information or content, including:

• Dark War: Survival player information (in-game name, state/server, alliance)
• Migration profiles, alliance listings, and uploaded images
• Hive Planner, Black Gold Planner, and Seasonal Map layouts
• Arena screenshots you upload for power extraction
• Comments, suggestions, support tickets, and other community submissions

Information submitted to public or community features may be visible to other users. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in public areas.

When you access AtlantisHUB, limited technical information is processed automatically to operate, secure, and improve the service:

• Device, browser, and operating system information
• IP address (processed by our hosting and security providers)
• Technical, error, and diagnostic logs
• Pages or features accessed and approximate timestamps

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

AtlantisHUB uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage — for example which tools are most popular. GA4 may set cookies and collect device, browser, approximate location, and usage data. Analytics data is used only in aggregate to improve the platform and is not sold. You can opt out using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.

Some AtlantisHUB features use the Google Gemini AI model (via the Lovable AI Gateway) to process content you explicitly submit:

• Arena screenshot extraction: images you upload are sent to the AI model to read player power and names. Images are used for that extraction only.
• Translation and knowledge features: text you submit may be sent to the AI model to translate or answer questions.

AI providers process this content transiently to produce a response. We do not use your submissions to train AI models, and we ask that you do not upload screenshots or text containing sensitive personal information about yourself or others.

We use collected information to:

• Create, manage, and authenticate user accounts
• Provide AtlantisHUB features, tools, and Discord integrations
• Operate the virtual currency (Atlantis Coins), casino, battle, and gift-drop systems
• Award achievements and display leaderboards
• Moderate the community and enforce rules
• Diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse, fraud, and spam
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Information you intentionally publish through public features (player profiles, alliance listings, shared planner layouts, Arena leaderboard entries, comments) is visible to other users and visitors. Only publish information you are comfortable sharing publicly.

AtlantisHUB uses cookies and browser storage for:

• Strictly necessary: keeping you signed in, maintaining sessions, and security. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
• Preferences: remembering settings such as dismissed popups and tool configurations.
• Analytics: Google Analytics cookies, as described in Section 2, which you may block without affecting core features.

AtlantisHUB relies on the following categories of third-party processors, each processing data under their own privacy terms:

• Lovable Cloud (application hosting, database, authentication — built on Supabase infrastructure)
• Discord (sign-in, bot integration, message mirroring)
• Google (Gemini AI features, Analytics, web fonts)
• Ko-fi (optional donations — handled entirely on Ko-fi's site)

Information is shared only in limited circumstances:

• With the service providers listed above, only as needed to operate AtlantisHUB
• When you intentionally publish information through a public feature
• When required by applicable law or a valid legal request
• When reasonably necessary to protect AtlantisHUB, its users, or the security of the service

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specific practices include:

• Account and profile data: kept until you delete your account
• Community game data tied to a Discord ID (casino balances, battle stats, gift claims): kept while the Discord community feature is active, and may persist after website account deletion because it belongs to the Discord-side game
• Technical and audit logs: rotated and removed on a rolling schedule
• Backups: removed on their normal rotation schedule

You may request deletion of Discord-side game data at any time via the contact below.

You can permanently delete your AtlantisHUB account yourself from your account settings (Member Hub → Danger Zone → Delete Account), with no approval or waiting period. See our Delete Your Account page for full details on what is removed and what may be retained.

When an account is deleted, associated personal information is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability (receive your data in a usable format)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY)

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, row-level access controls on our database, and hashed credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

AtlantisHUB is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

AtlantisHUB and its service providers may process information on servers outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, providers use appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

AtlantisHUB may link to third-party websites and services; their own privacy policies apply. AtlantisHUB is an independent, community-built platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the developers or publishers of Dark War: Survival. See our Legal Disclaimer.

We may update this policy as the platform or legal requirements change. Significant changes will be announced through the website or Discord. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
