Atlantis Plus — Subscription & Billing Policy

Atlantis Plus is an optional paid membership linked to your AtlantisHUB account. Free features stay free. Plus currently includes:

• Auto-Redeem Gift Codes for your QR-connected survivors
• Automatic 7-Day Check-In and Weekly VIP claims for QR-connected survivors
• Up to 15 saved survivors (free accounts: 5)
• Private Discord message when a Dark War connection has expired
• Unlimited saved planner layouts (free accounts have limits)
• Highlighted migration listings, an exclusive profile frame and an exclusive Discord role

Automatic features only work while your Dark War connection is valid and Dark War's own services allow it. See Terms, section 6.

Atlantis Plus costs $4.99 per month, billed monthly. The final price, currency and any taxes are shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay.

• Eligible accounts get a 7-day free trial, starting when you complete checkout.
• One trial per AtlantisHUB account. If you already had a trial, the subscription starts paid right away.
• A payment method is required at checkout.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first $4.99 payment is taken when the 7 days end, and then every month.
• Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. AtlantisHUB never receives or stores your full card details — we only store Stripe references (customer and subscription IDs), status, trial and renewal dates.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it; your status may show as "payment due" and Plus benefits can end if payment is not completed.

If we ever change the price, we will tell you in advance and ask for any consent the law requires before the new price applies.

Use Manage subscription on the Atlantis Plus page or your dashboard. It opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can see your plan and next billing date, update your payment method, view invoices and cancel — no need to contact us.

After cancelling, you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for (or until the trial ends). Cancelling does not by itself give a refund — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When membership ends, Plus-only features switch off: automation stops, the Plus frame and Discord role are removed, and survivor/planner limits return to free levels. Existing saved data is not deleted.

We may improve or replace features. If we remove or significantly reduce a paid benefit, we will give reasonable notice and you keep any remedy the law gives you (for example cancelling or a proportional refund).

• Who can join: every registered AtlantisHUB account, free or paid, gets a personal referral link.
• Reward: 14 days of Atlantis Plus for each friend whose first paid Atlantis Plus subscription payment succeeds through your link. The friend gets no extra reward.
• What qualifies: only the first successful paid subscription payment of a customer who has never bought Atlantis Plus before. Starting a free trial, adding a card, failed or cancelled checkouts, renewals, repeat purchases and self-referrals do not qualify. A trial counts only once it turns into a successful paid payment, because a trial alone involves no purchase.
• Attribution: a link is remembered in your friend's browser for 7 days and is fixed to your account once they sign in. It cannot be switched to another referrer afterwards.
• Verification: rewards are added automatically after a 7-day verification period. If the payment is refunded or disputed during that time, the reward is cancelled. If it happens later, the reward may be reviewed, but access you have already used is not taken back.
• Stacking and limits: rewards stack, up to 365 days of unused reward time. If you pay for Plus, the days push back your next billing date in Stripe at no charge, and your price and cancellation settings stay the same. If you don't pay, they give you Plus access with no payment method needed. Reward time is used day by day from when it is added and has no cash value.
• Fair use: we may flag, review, refuse or reverse rewards obtained through alternate accounts, fake purchases or other abuse. People who simply share a household or internet connection are not penalised automatically.
• Privacy: referrers only see a referred player's public username (or "Referred Survivor") and the referral status, never email, payment or subscription details. We store the link between the two accounts and Stripe references needed to check qualifying payments.
• Changes: we may change, pause or end the program at any time. Rewards already earned and verified are honoured. Nothing here affects our refund policy or your statutory rights.

Email support@atlantisdws.com with your AtlantisHUB username and the payment date. Never send card numbers, passwords or login codes.
