Delete Your AtlantisHUB Account

To permanently delete your account:

1. Sign in to your AtlantisHUB account.
2. Open your account settings (the Member Hub account page).
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and select Delete Account.
4. Review the deletion information.
5. Type DELETE and confirm the account deletion.

Once confirmed, your AtlantisHUB account will be permanently deleted and you will be signed out.

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal information associated with your AtlantisHUB account where reasonably possible. This may include:

• Your AtlantisHUB profile and account identifiers
• Your authentication account and sign-in credentials
• Your connected Discord information stored by AtlantisHUB (Discord ID, username, avatar)
• Your Dark War: Survival player profile and migration profile information
• Migration listings and recruitment content you own
• Saved hive planner layouts, Black Gold plans, and planner metadata you created
• Your preferences, achievements, suggestions, tickets, and other user-owned submissions

Content you published to community areas (such as comments, reactions, or shared layouts) may be removed or anonymized so it no longer identifies you.

Some limited information may be retained where necessary for:

• Security, fraud, and abuse prevention
• Legal obligations and dispute resolution
• Backup integrity (backups are removed on their normal rotation schedule)
• Legitimate platform operations, such as anonymized technical or audit logs

Retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

If you are unable to sign in but need to request deletion of your account, contact us through our contact page or reach out on the Atlantis Discord (contact farsan2957) and we will help you verify ownership and process the request.

Deleting your AtlantisHUB account does not delete your Dark War: Survival game account or your Discord account. Those services are operated by their respective owners and must be managed separately.

AtlantisHUB is an independent, community-built companion platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the developers or publishers of Dark War: Survival.
