Alliance recruitment in Dark War: Survival
Cross-state recruitment normally happens in fragments: a screenshot in a group chat, an invite link with no context, a promise about activity nobody can verify. The result is players who migrate into an alliance that turns out to be a poor fit, and alliances that fill slots with people who leave a month later.
If you are looking for an alliance
Start from your migration bracket — there is no point falling for a state you cannot move to. In the Migration Center you can filter to listings you are actually eligible for, then compare them on the things that decide whether you will still be happy in a month: total power, how many spots are genuinely open, the language spoken, the timezone the alliance is active in, and the minimum power expected.
- Read the pitch properly — recruiters who write detail usually run detail.
- Ask what a normal event week looks like, not just what the alliance's peak was.
- Confirm the spot again on the day you plan to migrate.

If you are recruiting
A listing does the filtering for you. State the requirements honestly and the applicants who arrive already match them; leave them out and you will spend the week answering the same three questions. Listings can be updated as spots fill, so the board reflects reality rather than last season's needs.
Judging a player before they join
Power alone is a weak signal. The global leaderboard gives context for how an account compares across states, and applicant profiles in the Migration Center show what a player is looking for rather than only what they hit. For everything a listing cannot convey, most alliances take the conversation to Discord.

- Does ATLANTIS HUB match players to alliances automatically?
- No. There is no automatic matching and no middleman. The site publishes listings and applicant profiles; the conversation and the decision happen directly between you and the recruiter.
- Can my alliance post a recruitment listing?
- Yes. Alliance leadership can publish a listing in the Migration Center describing the alliance and what it is looking for. It stays under your control and can be updated or removed as your needs change.
- What should a recruitment listing include?
- The details an applicant would otherwise have to ask for: total alliance power, how many spots are genuinely open, the main language, the timezone the alliance is active in, expectations for events and wars, and any minimum power. Vague listings mostly attract applicants who will not stay.
